Evan Davis, the BBC's economics editor has been exporing finance and risk in this series, which looks at why and how the banks have managed to bring down our economic system. He goes through the complications of baning and insurance and has a fair stab at explaining the derivatives losses that have brought the world's financial system to their knees.
It's broadcast every Tueday at 9 p.m. on BBC two, but unusually, BBC iPlayer shows a catchup of previous episodes in case you have missed them. I heartily recommend people viewing them - click here to view the most recent episode.
