Sir Alan Surgar got it wrong! Shazia should not have been fired. She hadn't actually done anything wrong - the mix-up with the laundry took place after she had left (on the orders of the boss Jenny) and happened when Jenny brushed aside Lucinda and pushed a whole bunch of clothes higgledy-piggledy into a sack.
It's true that Shazia was too nice to defend herself in the boardroom - but surely Sir Alan's sidekicks, who are meant to be watching what is going on, could have fed back the true situation?
In this episode we saw Lucinda for the first time. She's gentle and girly and the others are already picking on her. I like her though, and hope she survives. I like Sara too (who was the only person who had the gumption to stand-up to Jenny when Jenny was bullying Lucinda).
The boys team were led this week by Raef (who was the "prince" in the boardroom last week). His team-mates have christened him "Lawrence of A-Raef-ia", which is hilariously apt. The boys have clearly decided that their best chances at this stage are to pull together despite their differences, in order to avoid the boardroom and let the girls get culled. There was still a few patronising comments from the toffs, but this time out of earshot of the others.
And the boys proved once and for all that they are better at doing laundry than girls. Who knew?
